How does Radiesse work?*
Radiesse cosmetic filler is an FDA-approved filler that gives excellent volume to the face and hands as well as correcting facial lines and wrinkles such as nasolabial folds. Made of calcium-based microspheres suspended in a water-based gel, Radiesse cosmetic filler is injected into the skin using a small needle, to immediately soften folds and wrinkles and add volume to the face and hands. Radiesse provides long-lasting and naturally beautiful results.
As part of the aging process, your natural collagen breaks down, which then causes fine lines and wrinkles to form. Radiesse works by restoring collagen and elasticity to immediately give volume and lift to your skin, diminishing the signs of aging.

What can I expect after my Radiesse treatment?
Most of our Radiesse patients experience very little downtime. Some swelling and bruising is to be expected for few days after the procedure. This can be minimized by icing the area as much as you can for 24 to 48 hours following your treatment. We also provide all of our clients with complimentary arnica ointment and arnica tablets upon request.
