San Francisco’s Serenity MedSpa is getting a face lift in a new location courtesy of SophiSticate Interiors. Serenity MedSpa owners Dr. David Kang and Dr. Lisa Kang have chosen Sophie Azouaou of Sophisticate Interiors to head up the effort with the help of her team, Studio Perez, and RW Simone Company, who will unveil the newly expanded space at a private ribbon cutting ceremony on March 26.
The black-tie celebration, co-hosted by Sophie Azouaou, Eileen Blum Bourgade and Dr. Clara Shayevich, will feature American jazz legend Paula West and violonist virtuosos Lea Bourgade and Maya Shanmugan. A live auction conducted by San Francisco’s beloved Emmy award-winning host and producer, Liam Mayclem, will follow the performance. Some of the rare auction items already donated include penciled art drawings signed by Senator Dianne Feinstein and three signature, high-end beauty treatment packages courtesy of Serenity MedSpa, both to benefit the Richmont/Ermet Aid Foundation (REAF).
The partnership between Serenity MedSpa and SophiSticate Interiors is a natural fit, as the interior design firm specializes in green design and Drs. Kang wanted a spa that is Eco friendly. “I was thrilled that my Interior design firm was selected to design serenity MedSpa. The green and eco-friendly design emphasizes the use of natural daylight, energy efficient lighting, and a palette of soothing and serene color materials that make the space feel zen and welcoming,” shares Sophie Azouaou. “I am honored that Dr. David Kang and Dr. Lisa Kang entrusted me with their dream.”
