See How Serenity MedSpa Celebrated Its 10th Anniversary

It is a testament to the medical spa’s cult-like following in San Francisco that the massive space at 126 Post Street was absolutely packed from the moment the party began. Since being founded ten years ago by Dr. Lisa Kang and her brother Dr. David Kang, Serenity MedSpa has become famous for its cutting edge treatments, with clients clamoring to take advantage of its weight-loss solutions, ground-breaking cellulite treatments and other anti-aging, beautifying procedures.

Hosted by Sophie Azouaou, Eileen Blum Bourgade and Dr. Clara Shayevich, the festive event presented a wonderful opportunity to learn about some of the newest procedures Serenity is offering, including the amazing noninvasive face lift which uses absorbable PDO thread to instantly lift loose skin, restoring the youthful “V” shape of the face that no amount of contouring can give you.

Lisa Kang also discussed the new miraDry procedure, which permanently decreases about 80% of underarm sweating with just one treatment! And David Kang told us about the new Kybella treatment, which sounds wonderful. “It is a quick injection procedure that safely and permanently reduces the fat under the chin,” he said. “Most people will need about two treatments but results can be dramatic.” Say goodbye to that double chin!

As we were admiring the design work that Sophie Azouaou did on the space, with the help of Studio Perez, and RW Simone Company, she mentioned that Serenity will be adding on even more space to serve more clients! We can’t wait to see how much younger they all look in the next 10 years.
