What 
is Endolift®
Endolift® is a nonsurgical, minimally invasive laser-based treatment that reduces the look of skin laxity while restoring the skin. Using a 1470 nm laser inserted underneath the skin, a tiny laser fiber is directed into the subcutaneous (fat) layer to break up fatty pockets while stimulating collagen production for a tighter, firmer, more contoured look.

How Does Endolift® Work?
Endolift® relies on specific single-use, ultra-thin micro-optical fibers that are easily inserted under the skin using local anesthesia without creating any cuts or incisions, so no resulting scars. Since the primary goal of Endolift® is to promote skin tightening, the laser retracts the skin. It reduces laxity by promoting new collagen production and metabolic functions in the extracellular matrix.
The skin tightening effect that Endolift® creates is achieved by the specific laser beam. It targets water and fat to create a tighter, more contoured lower face and neck.
Endolift® can be used to remodel the skin’s deep and superficial layers, giving way to immediate and long-term tissue contraction via new collagen creation. The Treatment Process
The Endolift® treatment is quick and easy, taking anywhere from 15 to 60 minutes depending on the treatment area and the settings. Unlike skin-tightening and lifting surgeries, no incisions or cuts are made with Endolift®. Local anesthesia is used to make the treatment more comfortable.
During a consultation, we will assess your skin and the degree of laxity and fat and discuss what you can expect from the treatment. The areas to be treated are marked up. These are the exact spots where the laser will be directed. Local anesthetic will also be applied to the treatment areas to minimize any discomfort during the treatment.
Next, the tiny laser microfibers, which are as thin as, if not thinner than, a single strand of hair, are inserted under the skin. The microfibers are the laser’s guide, so the exact area is targeted. Once the microfibers are under the skin, the laser energy is delivered directly into the subcutaneous tissue to treat the deeper layers of the skin. Heat is delivered to the tissue through the laser to stimulate collagen production within the skin, leading to a skin-tightening effect. The heat that is delivered also targets and breaks down fat cells, which are then naturally metabolized by the body.
After the laser treatment, the treated areas may be treated with a cooling and soothing cream or mask to help reduce any discomfort or swelling. You will also be given specific aftercare instructions. There is next to no downtime after Endolift®, so that you can resume your normal activities shortly after the procedure.
With Endolift®, there is some immediate tightening that may be noticeable. Still, the full results of the treatment will develop gradually over the coming weeks and months as collagen production continues, resulting in tighter, more rejuvenated-looking skin. The final results can be seen within three to six months of a single Endolift® treatment.
